"After building a home last year, I contacted Paul & Colleen to get a quote for homeowners insurance. Colleen asked all the right questions to make sure we were fully covered, and their pricing came in lower than competitor pricing, by a significant amount (also received within hours of providing her with information!). Because of the excellent customer service, I asked for them to provide pricing for auto policies as well. With several vehicles, and 2 teen drivers, pricing still came in lower than what we were paying for a policy we'd had for 20 years (with no reduction of coverage). Needless to say, my experience working with Paul and Colleen has been awesome. They are timely and thorough, and I have confidence in knowing they're a phone call and quick answer away when I have questions. I have since sent friends and family members their way, and they've all had a similar experience. Highly recommend!"

"Colleen is great no complaints there, Paul on the other hand said that he would help me with my FIRST car insurance and yet he ended up canceling my mothers, my brothers and mine without notifying us (all under one plan) and when we called about it and paid 700 dollars to keep the insurance turned on, apparently it was already canalled when they said "we were all set". My mom ended up getting pulled over, no insurance and almost got arrested. Thankfully my mom let us know before anything else happened serious with our cars. At the end of it all he seemed very "two faced" and unprofessional and none of us even receive a cancelation letter in the mail. After it all he was very rude and wouldn't return our phone calls. I will never be working with State Farm again. It was a very stressful experience. Now we have to pay an immense amount of cash for insurance because of this mis hap. Loved the dog though, so did my kids."

I continue to love their customer service and how easy it is to contact them for questions, concerns, changes, additions, etc. I just added a personal article policy for a necklace I got for Christmas, $10 a YEAR to protect a sentimental gift where homeowners policies lack coverage! Thank you! Original review- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! So happy to have Paul, Colleen, and Cari!! This small town team is amazing! So knowledgeable, and they’re there to explain anything and everything to you so you fully understand everything about your policy! Keep in mind this is not 1-800 State Farm- this is a small town branch, and when you call in for a question, you’re speaking with someone on the team who you know, who knows you, and who LISTENS & CARES. Getting a quote is easy and stress-less because they’re simply there to help! Get a lower quote elsewhere? They’re cool with it! They’re not pushy at all, so it’s worth it to call in just to see if they can save you money. They have saved my husband and I a few HUNDRED dollars annually, and filled in a few gaps in coverage I didn’t even know I was missing. We have several policies with them, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I hope I never have to deal with a claim, but if I do, I feel confident knowing that it will be these guys there to help! So much better than my previous companies!"
